Details

AJ and I swam down the anchor line. The visibility near the surface was only a metre or so but improved to 10 metres at the bottom. AJ secured the anchor and attached his line to the anchor so he could reel it out for us to follow back to the anchor.

We headed west along one of the gutters and followed it to the edge of the shelf. We then swam along the sand line for a while before turning and heading back to the anchor.

I left AJ, who was on his rebreather, at the anchor and ascended the anchor line doing my safety stop at 5 metres.
